It is possible for some switch pins to be bent during shipping. This is very hard to avoid. This does not mean that the switches are damaged. The pins are very easy to straighten. Please straighten the pins out carefully before inserting them to the keyboard. Rest assured, the switches are checked and packed well to minimize the chance of this happening.
