DIRECTIONS:

️ COLD ️

Take the packet out from carrying pouch and detach velcro belts. Place the packet in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours. Take out from freezer and install velcro belts before wrapping around the body. Cooling stays for approximately 45 minutes. Reuse as needed.

️ HOT️

Take the packet out from carrying pouch and detach velcro belts. Microwave the packet for approximately 30-45 seconds. If further heating is needed, microwave again in 10 second bursts until desired temperature is reached. Take out and install velcro belts before wrapping around the body. Heat stays for approximately 15 minutes. Reheat as needed.
