For body reference I am 5'5" in height.. if you're 29-31 inches in waist, you should get XL.. okay naman sana yung L kaso medyo masikip.. though stretchy naman sya.. the quality is so good.. 10/10 ang tela.. makapal.. it also has paddings.. sa malaki ang boobs no need na ng bra
