It's more than okay. The item was packed well and i got it on time. The seller was nice enoug to send me picture b4 it was shipped. Hmm, the headset itself is very user friendly, and as for it's noise cancelling function, it cant block most of the noise but i hv installed krisp so, it's still fine.

I liked it. Works very clear at malakas audio nya. Yung mic din anglinis perfect for ESL teachers and call center agents. Pwde din pang voice over.
