I already receive the item akala ko po sira na kasi nung pag ka open ko po ng plastic ung box po ng hair straightener naka open na po yung taas. Hindi ko pa po nagamit ng matagal nag test lang po ako saglit at uminit nman po sya. Sana po next time mas maayos po yung packaging. Yun lang po salamat.

it does straighten my hair actually, i love this so much! but my problem is, my hair is naturally straight but once that i use a hair straightener, my ends just bends when it lasts for an hour, and it cuts a few of my hair, maybe i have to learn to use this...
