The item itself was great & delivered w/o damage. Unfortunately, it hasn't work with our induction(Kyowa).I tried several times to no avail. I reached out & CS did say that they tried the product with inductions & that perhaps our was not a legit brand. Nevertheless, its still a great buy. Thank you

Notice:
- Before first use, please wash it 3 times at least, making sure it is cleaned
- The water mustn't over the relief valve
Instructions：Fill the lower chamber with water, place the filter in, then fill with medium ground coffee. Do not press the coffee down too firmly. Screw the two sections together making sure the filter and rubber gasket are in place, this ensures a perfect seal and is very important! Place the pot onto your cooking appliance and heat. When the coffee has ceased flowing the percolator should be removed from the heat.
