35=22.5cm. 36=23cm 37=23.5cm. 38=24cm 39=24.5cm. 40= 25cm

If the instep is high and the foot is wide and fat, it is recommended to choose one size larger. If the instep is flat, it is recommended to choose the side One size smaller
