We have around 20 colors to choose from. However, colors may vary slightly from picture due to lighting, screen settings, and most importantly depending on the batch of fabric.

 

There is a chance that shades may not exactly be the same when ordering different designs and/or sizes, as stocks may come from different fabric rolls.

 

 

FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

We normally ship out within 3 days. Once picked up by a courier/rider, it will be out of our control as to how long it will be delivered to you. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, kindly check the estimated delivery dates given by Tiktok.

 

We cannot RUSH the couriers. We have no access to the riders either. If your order is delayed, please contact Tiktok CHAT SUPPORT so they can assist you in reaching out to their couriers.

 

 

FOR REQUESTS OF ACTUAL PICTURES:

Pictures posted are ACTUAL and come straight from our own TAHIAN. We do our best to represent the most accurate color during our photoshoots. Kindly refrain from asking for actual pics other than the ones posted. Our stocks are in the warehouse and are not easily accessible by our sales team from another location.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE ORDER:

You may cancel or change your order immediately after ordering. However, once we have processed your order and it is already on READY-TO-SHIP status, we cannot reverse/cancel/change the order anymore.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

For returns or refunds, kindly coordinate with us before placing a request. We shall assist you throughout the process. In case of change of mind or wrong size/color ordered, we may accommodate MANUAL RETURN & REFUND. Meaning, buyer will shoulder the expense of shipping back the item to us. Tiktok does not have a REPLACEMENT option.
