Item is working as intended. Not happy about the dent. I've seen similar reviews of items with same dents in the same place. This would only mean that this is due to a poor quality control and not damaged through shipping. Seller offered return/refund but denied to to hassle. Poor buying experience.

It was a no for me. I didn't thought na magsend sila ng ganito just to sell all the old stocks and defective one.. (it has dents, 2 dents. And hindi siya dahil sa courier or sa delivery kasi super kapal ng bubble wrap nila as in)
