Magnesium oil is made from a MIXTURE of MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE FLAKES and WATER. When these two substances are combined, the resulting liquid has an oily feel,but isn’t technically an oil.When you first spray it on your skin and rub or massage it, there is an oily feel only, and unlike normal oil, there is NO oily residue remains in the skin.
•A slight itching or tingling feeling is most likely an indicator that your body has low levels of magnesium. This sensation will pass the more you use the spray, as your body increases its magnesium intake. You can initially soothe the sensation by towelling your skin after massaging in the magnesium.
•If you are a first time user, spray only on the soles of your feet(talampakan) for few days.It is advisable to build up your magnesium level slowly.After a week, test on your wrist and if there is no rashes or you can tolerate the itchiness already, spray on other specific body areas you want to apply it.Allow it to air dry after every spray.
•If you don’t have sensitive skin, apply it on desired areas of the body or muscles that needs it the most.
•If you will administer it for children,it is best to apply it on the soles of their feet only.
