Directions:
1) Fill in water, please fill in slowly, and stop at level 2/3 or 3/4 (don’t fill in full).
2) Closed the cover tightly, place flat, the material inside will become cooling gel in 15 minutes.
3) Place ice brick flat in freezer for 8-12 hours prior to each use Place frozen ice brick in a cooler bag together with milk bottles for optimum results, use together of ice pack to keep breastmilk chilled at ideal temperature for a longer period.
4) Reusable, repeat step 3.
