It is not battery or solar powerd, it needs to connect electric cable.

The light source is LED, LED is included.

Yes, LED is replaceable, electrician can do it. But LED has much longer life than normal bulb, it can work up to 50,000 hours, and it has led driver to protect it, so normally it's the led driver broken if anything happens. LED driver is very easy to be replaced.
