Idk, but the CS team seems to be not helpful enough or genuinely care about their customer’s concern. Item is sturdy but the monitor holder is kinda tilted or unbalanced, kaya I was asking if it was supposed to be rotating or not. Tapos mabagal pa mag respond.

The product is great but the screw that holds the monitor is too long we had to find bolt for it.

good qual but can't handle the weight of my monitor which is around 7-9 kg (already tightened the bolts)
