Top Creamery Gelato Ice Cream Powder Premix in Chocolate Hazelnut flavor.
HOW TO PREPARE (Requires Gelato Machine)
•Dissolve one (1) pack of Top Creamery Gelato Ice Cream Powder into 2.5 liters of water.
•For best results, mix very well and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
•Pour the mixture into the gelato machine. Churn until desired texture is achieved.
•Pour the gelato into a freezer-safe container then freeze for at least 16 hours.
•Add your desired toppings (mallows, sprinkles, real fruit tidbits, etc.)
For homemade preparation:
•Dissolve 50g Top Creamery Cream Puff Powder into 700ml cold water.
•Mix using a hand mixer for 4-5 minutes.
•Add 250g Top Creamery Gelato Powder into the mixture, then continue mixing for 5-10 minutes.
•Store in an ice cream tub.
•Add your desired toppings (nuts, cookies, etc.)
•Let freeze for at least 12 hours.
•As much as possible, keep it refrigerated. Prolong exposure at room temperature may result in a more icy texture.
•NET WEIGHT: 1kg
•STORAGE CONDITION: Store away from direct sunlight or heat. Ensure good ventilation and exhaustion. Do not store near or with oxidizing agents. Store in cool, dry conditions in well-sealed airtight containers.
•SHELF LIFE: One (1) year from the manufacturing date at the ambient condition in its unopened packaging.
