Our Luxe Chiffon is made out of fancy chiffon. It is definitely not your ordinary chiffon. It is high quality, soft, lightweight and flowy. It can be worn with or without innercap because it is non-slip. Fabric used is not the same with ordinary chiffon that has cheap quality. Finishing is perfectly done.
