Simply place the silicone nipple over your own to help the baby latch. They are soft and flexible, so they won’t bother your skin and should stay in place during feedings thanks to a suction cup-like design.
How to use:
•Clean nipples before using the nipple shields.
•Fold the outer cover into a concave shape and drip some drops of breast milk into the smaller chamber of the nipple shield.
•Align the nipple shields with your nipple and pinch the smaller chamber as you place it on top of the nipples.
•Gently roll the outer cover over your areola as it fits in place.
How to clean: Clean with soap and water, and sterilize using boiled water for 3 - 5 minutes only
