I recommend na mag size up kayo. Kase medium ako but I chose large, tsaka nag base din ako sa weight reference na makikita sa gilid ng size - and kasyang2x talaga sya sakin. Yung cloth sobrang ganda parang hindi disposable. Kaya im so happy. No regrets! Bagay talaga sya pang travel.

Quality of work：Looks breathable enough which is good for long travels. Not sure yet about the garter but seems durable for a disposable panty.
Delivery and dispatch were very fast too. Very commendable.
