Q: How long do you process the order?

A: Processing of orders may take from an hour to a few days depending on the volume of orders. We can assure you that once we received the order, we will be working on it as soon as possible.

Q: How long is the delivery?

A: Depends on your location.

Metro Manila: 1-2 days after pick up

Nearby Provinces: 1-3 days after pick up

Outside Luzon: 4-10 days after pick up

Example:

You place your order Monday 5pm

Pick up on Tuesday/Wednesday 12 noon

Delivered 1-10 days after pick up depending on location
