Bust: measure around the largest part of bust with a soft ruler. The ruler should be straight but not too loose. Waist circumference: put the soft ruler around the bottom of the ribs and above the hip bone in a natural state, take a deep breath during measurement, relax the abdomen, and then stick the soft ruler flat on the waist, leaving a relaxation amount of 1.4cm (about one finger and a half).
Hip circumference: find the widest point of the hip and surround it with a soft ruler.
