Disappointed with the packaging. Bubble wrap can't do it alone, it should come with carton or box to protect enough the parcel. Had nothing to do with the leakage and dents. I use it anyway and I somehow satisfied how it smoothens my hair. Luxe Organix brand is recommendable just not their packaging

USAGE:
After Shampooing and rinsing, squeeze a generous amount and apply to wet hair, start applying at the ends and work your way up, avoiding the last inch or two near the roots.
Rinse after 2-3 minutes.
