instructions:
1. wet the brow soap with mist or water.
2. rub the soap with the spoolie to make a paste-like consistency.
3. brush against the brows to coat it properly.
4. then comb it in the direction you desire. While some use the phrase to describe the brow look in itself, "soap brows" actually refers to a specific eyebrow grooming method. It's exactly what it sounds like to use bar soap instead of eyebrow gel.
