Received an imitation. Very disappointed.

I do like the product itself but may damage na sya pag ka receive ko. The product leaked everywhere in the package. I have a videos of it kaso ayaw ma- send. Sana ma refund pa ung bayad or kahit ma exchange nalang. I'm trying to send the video but ayaw. So, I screenshot it and here's the evidence

The product leaked halfway before I even use it, it's already halfway done the product was not sealed properly it was open. I feel like I wasted my money and I will not have a chance to use it longer
