Satin fabric. It does hug my thighs (21cm) but not too thight that its uncomfy to wear in long periods of time, although for women who have big thighs and a big butt like me, it would be a bit tight. The height is a bit too long for me (5'1 or 5'2) but it's not too long. Overall i'm satisfied. j.i.t
