It is formulated with Caffeine which helps de-puff the undereye area, Glycerin that helps moisturize skin and Kaolin that aids in oil control. The metal roller applicator helps soothe and de-puff unwanted undereye bags. WITH METAL ROLLER APPLICATOR
HOW TO USE:
Gently squeeze tube and roll metal ball on skin to dispense product.
