aaaaaa i love this tinted lip balm so much huhu!! it's true na may cooling effect sya sa lips ko and yes moisturizing sya at first pero i noticed na medjo nag ddry lips ko after a few minutes pero okay lang naman sya for me actually haha it's not that "dry" na super dry talaga.
