Shine Moist Bleach Powder is very safe to use
Ammonia Free and Chemicals Free
1. SHINE MOIST: Bleach Powder 1 + 3
Description: A specialized bleaching powder made to lift your current
hair color without burning your scalp and damaging your hair strands.
How To Use:
1. In a plastic container, put the Shine Moist Bleach Powder and your ShineMoist Colormate developer peroxide in 1:2 ratio.
2. This ratio must be followed at all times to have a creamy bleaching
mixture that is simple to work with on the hair and prevents staining in
some sections.
3. Mix until the creamy texture is achieved.
4. Apply 1 inch below the roots of your sectioned hair.
5. Leave on for 30 minutes while using shower cap to keep the heat in which makes the process more effectively.
6. Rinse with warm water.
7. Repeat the process on dry hair for lightening the roots.
Honest Thoughts:
o After coloring my hair multiple times, I have found the perfect
bleaching powder wherein my scalp doesn’t have to go through the burning
sensation because of the bleaching process. I can already see the
result in 10 minutes of the process compared to other brands which has
longer processing time. It did not dry my hair even though I had it
bleached and colored with various hair colors already.
