idk if it's my fault but the powder was in chunks like some of them didn't really mixed well with the oxidizer but it still did the job so I'd still recommend it, so my tip is to mix it really well and break up the little chunks of powder before mixing it with the oxidizer:))

I received my order and I thought it was a bleaching cream and an oxidizer.I did receive my oxidizer but there's no bleaching cream,I got a hair color instead but I didn't Ask for it because I already have my own hair color.
