Usage: Hair Bleacher
How to use:
-Bleach your hair. Mix bleaching powder and oxidizer in a plastic container (never use metal containers) in a 1:1 measure.
-Apply bleaching set on hair strand by strand. Leave until desired lightness is achieved (max 30-40 mins)
-Rinse thoroughly and blow-dry.
NOTE: if you did NOT achieve your desired hair color you must miss the following;
-Hair bleached was not toned down so the hair coloring set served as a toner.
-Hair coloring was not enough for the big volume of hair.
-Use conditioner before applying the hair color.
-Bleaching set was not enough for the big volume of hair.
-You had permanent black hair color before (which is why we require bleach sometimes)
-You did not wait long enough.
